Replaced a patchwork of spreadsheets and manual stock registers with a custom inventory and order management system across 3 retail outlets.
Sundar Textiles was running inventory, billing, and order tracking across a mix of spreadsheets, paper registers, and a legacy desktop application that couldn't talk to any of them. Stock discrepancies between outlets were common, and end-of-day reconciliation routinely took hours.
We designed and built a custom web-based inventory and order management system tailored to their multi-outlet retail workflow, with real-time stock visibility across locations, simplified billing, and role-based access for store staff versus management. The system went live across all three outlets with minimal disruption and a short training period.
